In the animal kingdom, every creature, with possibly the exception of the human race, has sensitivity to the phases of the moon. These phases can govern the activities performed at different times. Looking at fish, for example, they tend to feed more vigorously when the moon approaches full. Fishing at this time on the calendar may certainly bring you greater fishing success than at any other time.
A fishing guide cannot really advise you completely on when it may be the perfect time to head out with your rod. Most often a guide can specify the many different factors that have been known to affect fishing success in general.
