ECHO 4x4 Center
A founder member of the South African Trailer Association (SATA), Echo 4x4 Centre was established in 1994. More than 50% of the company’s products are manufactured on site at their factory. The product range developed from the need for a unique brand of high-quality, off-road campers and trailers.
Drawing on his personal experience and the experiences and needs of other off-road enthusiasts, company founder Willie Grobler has developed a rugged, reliable and unique product range. The company keeps up to date with the latest technology through international trade shows so that customers are offered the best in design, materials and manufacturing processes.
Strict quality control ensures a life-time’s use of all Echo 4x4’s products. Echo 4x4 provides back-up, guarantees and upgrade options on their trailers and campers, which also have a high re-sale value.
The companys dealership network provides back-up and service support in all major centres in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana, and is being expanded into the rest of the SADC region and Europe as well.
There is a high and growing demand for the Echo brand, and market research shows that the company is top-rated by off-road enthusiasts. All Echo staff members are involved in testing camping equipment and have first hand knowledge from the annual product test programmes. These take place as far as Kaokoland, tried and tested under stringent South African conditions of heat, cold, dust and rain.
